As your doula, I am here to guide you during your most sacred times as a woman. Your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences will forever be memorable to you. I want you to feel empowered to make your own informed decisions for yourself and baby. Through emotional support and education I will help you every step of the way.

Birth Doula

Available to be at your side for your home or hospital birth in Sierra Vista, Arizona and surrounding area

  • Scheduled prenatal meetings

  • Unlimited access to me via phone, text, or video call upon hiring me through 8 weeks postpartum

  • Birth education which includes education about what to expect during your prenatal appointments with your provider, stages of physiological birth, birth intervention education, newborn intervention education

  • Birth planning

  • Postpartum planning

  • Basics of pregnancy and postpartum nutrition

  • Basic breastfeeding questions answered and if needed referral to lactation consultant

  • Postpartum checkins

Virtual Doula

Monthly service that includes:

  • 2 scheduled one-on-one calls per month up to 120 minutes each

  • Unlimited texts with me to answer any questions you have

    Topics we can discuss:

    -Pregnancy questions

    -Work through any fears about pregnancy or birth

    -What to expect during your prenatal appointments with your provider

    -Birth planning

    -Birth intervention education

    -Newborn intervention education

    -Postpartum planning

    -Birth processing

    -Basic nutrition consultation for pregnancy or postpartum

Holistic Postpartum Doula

Ready to take care of YOU Mama? This offering is available for Postpartum Mamas who need a little extra TLC for themselves.

In-person offerings for the Sierra Vista, AZ and surrounding area:

Nourish Mama Package -$80

Includes: 2 Meals prepared, no-baked or baked good item, and NORA tea blend. Dietary preferences will be accommodated.

Tidy Up Package -$80

Includes: light house cleaning, dishes (includes bottles or pump parts), and Mama's & Baby's laundry
